The Agentic Ad Server evaluates four demand tiers in a hard waterfall for every eligible impression.
1

Direct

Direct-sold campaigns from brand advertisers. Highest CPMs, brand-authored Spark content, priced on impressions.
2

Programmatic

Programmatic demand via OpenRTB 2.x, enriched with Adgentek’s conversational context extension so DSPs bid on real intent signals. Priced on impressions.
3

CPC feeds

Cost-per-click demand. Billable on filtered clicks routed through the Adgentek redirect layer. Available on every surface class.
4

API / CPA

Performance and affiliate demand billed on verified conversions. Available on every surface class, including headless ones, because the billable event does not depend on impression verification.

Eligibility by surface

Which tiers can serve depends on your integration path’s rendering context. Impression-priced tiers (Direct, Programmatic) require verified client-side impressions. The full rules live in Choosing your integration path; the measurement mechanics live in Tracking and measurement.

Floors and quality

You set minimum CPM and quality thresholds per placement in the dashboard. Demand that clears your floor competes; demand that does not is skipped and the waterfall continues. See Publisher controls.
