Every Adgentek format is designed for AI surfaces. None of them are banners.

Spark

Spark is the flagship format: a self-contained interactive Q&A unit where the user explores a brand’s product knowledge inside a single branded card. Users tap suggested chips or type their own questions; answers come from brand-authored content with CTAs on every response. All interaction happens inside the card, so the host conversation is never disrupted. Key characteristics:
  • 3.2 average interactions per session
  • 10-interaction cap per session, after which a final CTA screen appears
  • Brand-provided Q&A content, assets, and CTA destinations
  • Adgentek-provided runtime, contextual matching, and measurement
Spark is the highest engagement-depth format and fits considered purchases, lead generation, and product discovery.

Format selection

You control which formats are enabled per placement in the dashboard. Within your enabled set, the Ad Server selects the format per impression based on the surface type, the intent bucket, and the conversation state. A comparison-stage conversation is a Spark moment; a transactional one is an action card moment. See Publisher controls for enabling and restricting formats.
