# Placements and configuration

> Create and configure placements in the Adgentek dashboard.

Placements are created and configured at [app.adgentek.ai](https://app.adgentek.ai). Each placement carries its own format set, category rules, frequency caps, and floors. See [Publisher controls](/publishers/concepts/publisher-controls) for what each control does.
